These are the carriers you can connect in Zippendo. To see them in the app, click Carriers in the sidebar and open the All carriers tab. Each card has a Connect button and a Learn more link to the carrier’s website.

Carriers you can connect

Instabox (Legacy API) is also on the list, marked Deprecated. It is the older way to connect Instabox and only works with older Instabox credentials. Use Instabox for new setups. See Connect Instabox (Legacy API). All carriers and their credential fields are also listed on Connect a carrier or integration.
We add carriers regularly. The All carriers tab in the app always shows what you can connect today.

Carriers and other connections

The Carriers page is only for shipping companies. Your webshop, warehouse system and other apps connect elsewhere:
The companies that move your parcels, such as PostNord or DHL Express. You connect them under Carriers to send shipments, get labels and follow tracking.

Where to get your carrier credentials

Each carrier gives out its own carrier credentials, usually in its customer portal or developer portal, or through your contact person at the carrier. The guide for each carrier in the table above lists the fields and where to find them. If you are unsure, ask the carrier’s customer service for the details needed to connect a shipping platform.
If your carrier is not on All carriers, you can ask us to add it. In the sidebar, click Carrier requests, then Request carrier. See Request a carrier integration.
