Before you start
- A Shopify store and admin access to it
- At least one sender address in Zippendo
- At least one connected carrier
Connect your webshop

Open the catalog
In app.zippendo.com, click Order channels in the sidebar, then the Catalog tab.

Connect Shopify
Click Connect Shopify, then Open Shopify App Store. Install Zippendo on your webshop and approve the permissions.

Finish the setup in Zippendo
Shopify sends you back to Zippendo. Choose your organization, a sender address and how far back to import orders, then click Connect Shopify store.

Check that orders arrive
New orders appear under Orders within a few minutes. Zippendo sets up everything in Shopify for you.
Ship an order

Open the order
Click Orders and open an unfulfilled order from your webshop.

Create the shipment
Click Create shipment and choose the carrier and product.

Send it
Send the shipment to get the label, then print or download it. By default, the order is marked as fulfilled in Shopify with the tracking number. You can turn this off in the webshop’s settings.
