Integrations connect Zippendo to the other tools you work with. Most of them receive shipment, order and tracking events from Zippendo: Klaviyo, Slack, Zapier, Make and the others. A warehouse system such as PeakWMS works the other way round: it asks Zippendo for labels as your team packs. Integrations are separate from order channels (where your orders come from) and carriers (who delivers your parcels). These pages are setup guides and help when something goes wrong. How to connect an integration

Open Apps & integrations

Click Apps & integrations in the sidebar, then the Catalog tab.

Choose what to connect

Under Apps you find the tools Zippendo sends events to. Under Integrations you find systems that connect to Zippendo, such as PeakWMS. Click Connect on the card.

Fill in the details

Enter the credentials the tool gave you, pick the events to send, and click Connect.

Test it

Click the paper plane on the connection (Send test event), then check the delivery log (the plug icon) to see how the tool answered.
