Connect Zapier
1
Create a Catch Hook in Zapier
Create a Zap, pick Webhooks by Zapier as the trigger, then Catch Hook, and copy the address.
2
Open the catalog
In Zippendo, click Apps & integrations in the sidebar, then Catalog, and click Connect on Zapier under Apps. Read what Zippendo will do and click Continue.
3
Paste the address
Type a Connection name and paste the address into Catch Hook URL.
4
Pick the events
Tick the events that should start the Zap, then click Connect.
5
Test in Zapier
Make a real event happen in Zippendo, such as creating a shipment, then click Test trigger in Zapier to map the fields. A test event from the connection (the paper plane) only holds a short test message.
After connecting
- Finish the action steps in Zapier, such as updating your CRM, posting in a chat or adding a row to Google Sheets, and publish the Zap.
- One connection feeds one Catch Hook. Add a connection for each Zap.
Troubleshooting
- The Zap does not run: check that the Zap is published and on, and that the event is ticked on the connection in Zippendo.
- No data to map: make a real event happen in Zippendo before you test the trigger in Zapier.
