Settings is where you manage your organization: its name and branding, your team, your addresses, your plan, API tokens, webhooks, brands and imports from another platform. Settings is not in the main sidebar. To open it, click the organization switcher at the bottom of the sidebar (your organization’s name), then Manage. The tabs are Organization, Team, Addresses, Pricing plans, API settings, Webhooks, Brands and Setups.

Organization

Organization name, customs identifiers, branding and data export.

Team

Invite team members, create roles and remove access.

Sender addresses

Sender, pickup and return addresses for your labels.

Pricing and billing

Your plan, usage, add-ons, payment cards and invoices.

API settings

Create and delete API tokens.

Webhooks

Send shipment and order events to another system.

Brands

Separate shops or labels inside your organization, each with its own data and document branding.

Import

Bring your setup across from another shipping platform.

Good to know

  • Sender addresses - you need at least one before you can send a shipment. Add it on the Addresses tab. See Sender addresses.
  • Team - invite colleagues so each person has their own account. See Team and invitations.
  • Shipping rules and Printers are not in Settings. They have their own items in the main sidebar. See Shipping rules and Printers.
