Zippendo is one place to connect your carriers, create and track shipments, and print labels. It’s built for teams that ship orders from webshops or from their own systems.

What you can do

  • Connect carriers: add PostNord, DHL, Bring, GLS and others with your own carrier agreements. Each connection lets you create labels with that carrier.
  • Create and follow shipments: create shipments by hand or from orders. See each shipment’s status (such as Pending, Processing or Sent) and get its labels and documents in one place.
  • Connect your webshop: connect Shopify, WooCommerce or your own system as an order channel, so orders come into Zippendo and you can ship them from there.
  • Print labels: with Zippendo Printer, labels go straight to your label printer, and can print automatically when a shipment is sent.
  • Decide how you ship: shipping rules choose the carrier, product and services for each order, and carrier settings control things like Test mode.
You don’t need every feature on day one. Start with one carrier and a few shipments by hand, then add order channels and shipping rules when you’re ready.

Who it’s for

Zippendo is for businesses that:
  • Ship parcels regularly, for example from a webshop, as a wholesaler, or when handling returns.
  • Use one or more carriers and want one place to manage them.
  • Want labels from every carrier without signing in to each carrier’s own website.
  • Want their webshop or warehouse system (WMS) to send orders to Zippendo automatically.

How to get started

  1. Add at least one sender address: open the organization menu at the bottom of the sidebar, click Manage, then Addresses.
  2. Connect a carrier under Carriers (see Adding and managing carriers).
  3. Create your first shipment under Shipments (see Creating a shipment).
For every setup step, follow the onboarding checklist.
