Running several shops or labels from one company? Use brands instead of separate organizations. A brand is a separate shop or label inside your organization: it keeps its own orders, shipments and documents, with one team and one bill. See Brands.
Where to switch
The organization switcher is at the bottom of the sidebar. It shows the name of the organization you are working in.- Click the organization switcher.
- Under Switch organization, click the organization you want. A check mark shows the one you are in now.
- Zippendo shows Switching organization…, then opens that organization’s Dashboard.
If you don’t see another organization
- You need an invitation. Ask someone in that organization to invite you under Settings → Team. See Invite team members.
- Open the link in the invitation email and click Accept invitation. The organization then appears in your switcher. If it doesn’t, reload the page, or sign out and in again.
- Your profile lists every organization you belong to. See Profile.
