Under Pricing plans you see your plan and your usage, and you upgrade, downgrade or cancel. Click your organization name at the bottom of the sidebar, click Manage, then open the Pricing plans tab.

What you’ll see

  • Plan cards - Free, Standard, Growth and Pro, with prices per month or per year. Your plan is marked Current plan.
  • Current usage - how many shipments you have sent this billing period, and how much of each plan limit you use.
  • Add-ons - extra carriers, extra order channels and Zippy (Standard, Growth and Pro).
  • Overage settings - whether you can keep sending shipments after your included shipments are used.
  • Manage billing - opens the Stripe customer portal for your payment card, invoices, tax details and billing address.

Plans at a glance

Prices on this page are list prices excluding VAT. The plan cards show the current price for each plan in your organization’s currency. Current usage shows every limit of your own plan under Plan limits. Enterprise is a custom plan agreed with Zippendo. Instead of the plan cards, you see Unlimited usage, and billing is handled by the Zippendo team. Use Contact your account manager for changes.

Shipments and overage

Each billing period includes a number of shipments. When you have used them:
  • With overage on, you keep sending, and each extra shipment is billed at your plan’s overage price.
  • With overage off, shipping pauses until the next billing period.
To turn overage on, tick Allow overage shipments under Overage settings. You need a payment card on file first. On the Free plan, click Connect card on the Free card to add one.

Changing plan

  • Upgrade - the new plan starts right away. If a card is on file, you pay the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period. If not, you pay on a secure payment page first.
  • Downgrade - your current plan stays active until the end of the billing period, then the smaller plan starts. If you use more than the smaller plan allows, Zippendo tells you what to remove.
  • Cancel - your subscription ends at the end of the billing period and you move to the Free plan. Your saved card is removed, and you can send up to 100 shipments per month.

Payment card, invoices and tax details

Click Manage billing at the bottom of Pricing plans. The Stripe customer portal opens in a new tab, where you change your payment card, download invoices, and update tax details and your billing address.

If you pay through Shopify

If you installed Zippendo from the Shopify App Store, Shopify bills your plan on your regular Shopify invoice. Pricing plans shows Billed through Shopify. Change or cancel your plan in Shopify admin → Apps → Zippendo. See Shopify settings.
Billing is per organization. If you have more than one organization, each has its own plan and billing. Switch organization to see or change billing for another one.
