The Organization tab in Settings holds the details of your organization itself. To open it, click the organization switcher at the bottom of the sidebar, then Manage.

What you can change

  • Organization name - the name shown in the Zippendo app, for example in the organization switcher. Change it if you rename your business.
  • Description - an optional note about your organization.
  • Customs identifiers - VOEC, EORI, SPRN, IOSS, FDA and DUNS. Fill in the ones your business has. Zippendo adds them to your international shipments. See Organization settings.
  • Branding - your logo and colors on packing slips and invoices, on Growth and higher. See Organization branding.
  • Data export - download a copy of everything your organization has in Zippendo. See Export organization data.
  • Danger zone - deleting the organization. See Danger zone.
Your language and email address are not here. They belong to your own account, on your profile. See Profile.
To change these settings, you need a role with Edit organization or Edit everything. If you cannot save, ask a team member who has one. See Roles and permissions.

Multiple organizations

If you belong to more than one organization, switch between them with the organization switcher. Each organization has its own settings, team, carriers, plan and data. See Switching organizations. Running several shops or labels from the same company? Use brands instead of a second organization. Each brand keeps its own orders, shipments and document branding, with one team and one bill.
