The Zippendo app is where you do your day-to-day shipping: import orders, create and send shipments, print labels, and let shipping rules choose the carrier.

What you can do in the app

  • Connect carriers and webshops: add your carriers and order channels, so orders and labels come together in one organization.
  • Create and send shipments: create shipments from orders or by hand, send them to the carrier, then print or download the labels.
  • Automate choices: shipping rules choose the right carrier, product and services for each order.
  • Keep things running: manage documents, printers, sender addresses and webhooks.
Dashboard is the start page you see after you sign in. It shows your shipment and order numbers at a glance and your Recent shipments. Everything else is one click away in the sidebar.

How the work flows

Connect carriers and order channels

Connect at least one carrier under Carriers, then connect your webshop under Order channels.

Create shipments from your orders

Open Orders, create shipments, and check that the carrier, product and services are right.

Send shipments and print labels

Send each shipment to the carrier, then print its label and documents from the shipment page or with Zippendo Printer.

Follow your shipments

Watch the status of each shipment and sort out the ones that need attention. See Shipment statuses.
