Sign in

  1. Open the Zippendo sign-in page. It says Welcome back.
  2. Click Continue with Google if you signed up with Google. Otherwise enter your email address in Enter your email and your password in Enter your password.
  3. Click Sign in.
Zippendo opens your organization. If you belong to more than one, use the organization switcher at the bottom of the sidebar to change. See Switching organizations.

Two-factor authentication

If you have turned on two-factor authentication, Zippendo asks for a code after your password:
  1. Open your authenticator app and enter the 6-digit code.
  2. Click Verify.
Lost your phone? Click Use a recovery code instead and enter one of the recovery codes you saved when you turned it on. If you see Sign-in timed out, start again from the sign-in page. To turn two-factor authentication on or off, see Profile, language, and two-factor authentication.

New to Zippendo?

Click Sign up here under the form to create an account and an organization. If a colleague invited you, use the link in the invitation email instead. It adds you to their organization. See Invite team members.

Sign out

Click your initials in the top-right corner of the Zippendo app to open your menu, then click Sign out. You need to sign in again to use Zippendo.

If you signed up with Google and have no password, use Continue with Google, or set a password with Forgot password?.
