When you sign up with an email address and password, Zippendo asks you to verify your email address before you can use the app. Until you do, you see Check your inbox (One step left before you can start shipping) instead of your organization. You do not need to do this if you:
  • signed up with Continue with Google, or
  • joined by accepting an invitation from a colleague. Accepting the invitation verifies your address.

Verify your address

  1. Open the email from Zippendo with the subject “Almost there - just verify your email”.
  2. Click the verification link. It opens Zippendo in your browser and shows Your email has been verified!
  3. Zippendo takes you to your organization’s Dashboard. If it doesn’t, click Go to sign in and sign in.
Verify within 24 hours. The Check your inbox screen says: For security, unverified accounts and their organizations are deleted after 24 hours. After that, sign up again.

If the email does not arrive

  • Check spam or junk. Mark Zippendo as a safe sender if the email is there.
  • Send it again. On the Check your inbox screen, click Resend verification email. You see Verification email sent. Check your inbox. Use the link in the newest email. If you see Too many attempts in a short time. Wait a moment and try again., wait an hour.
  • Check the address. The screen shows the address the link was sent to. If it is wrong, sign up again with the right address.
Once your address is verified, you do not need to verify it again.
