Orders in Zippendo are the orders from your connected order channels, such as Shopify, WooCommerce or your own system. You use them to create shipments and send parcels to your customers.

Where to find orders

Click Orders in the sidebar. The list shows each order’s number, customer, status, order channel, number of shipments and the date it was created. Find an order in the list, then click it to see everything on it and create a shipment.

Where orders come from

Orders appear in Zippendo once you connect an order channel, such as Shopify or WooCommerce. New orders from that webshop come into Zippendo by themselves, so you can ship them all from one place. If you have not connected an order channel yet, the list is empty. See Order channels to connect your webshop.

Order statuses

What Pending, Processing, Fulfilled and the other statuses mean.

From order to parcel

  1. Orders come in from your connected webshops and appear under Orders.
  2. You open an order to see the items, the shipping address and the status.
  3. You click Create shipment. The order’s shipping rule fills in the carrier and product, or you choose them yourself. The new shipment is linked to the order.
  4. You send the shipment to the carrier (Send on the shipment, or Send order at the top of the order) and get the label.
  5. You print the label and hand the parcel to the carrier. When every shipment on the order has been sent, the order becomes Fulfilled.
