This page lists everything you can connect to Zippendo yourself: the carriers that print your labels, the apps Zippendo sends shipping and order events to, and the order channels that bring your orders in. Each row says what you need before you start and links to a step-by-step guide. The parts every carrier form shares (name, brand, Test mode, editing and deleting) are on Carrier credentials. The parts every app shares are on Connect an integration.

Connect a carrier

In the sidebar, click Carriers → All carriers, then Connect on the carrier’s card. Every carrier form also asks for Carrier name, and for Brand when your organization has brands. Every carrier except Royal Mail, Posti and DSV XPress also has Test mode for testing (Test mode).

Your carrier is not on the list

If a carrier has no card on All carriers, you cannot connect it yourself yet. Click Carrier requests in the sidebar, then Request carrier, and fill in the carrier’s name, website, how it logs in and your test credentials. See Request a carrier integration.

Connect an integration

In the sidebar, click Apps & integrations → Catalog, then Connect on the app’s card. Every app form also asks for a Connection name and which events Zippendo should send, for example under Zippendo will send Slack. More in Connect an integration and Integrations.
