You do not pick a sender address on this form. Add addresses under Manage → Addresses. The address is chosen on the shipment or on a shipping rule.

Open All Carriers
Sidebar Carriers. Page title Carriers / Integrations. Header tabs: My Carriers (

Find Instabox
Card title Instabox (exact name — not Instabox (Legacy API)). Buttons: Connect and Learn more (opens instabee.com in a new tab). The current Instabox card is not marked Deprecated.

Fill required fields
Shared fields first, then Carrier Configuration → Required Fields (API Key). Sandbox Mode sits under Optional Fields.

Click Create (shows Creating… while the request runs) or Cancel. Success toast: Carrier created successfully. Failure copy in the modal: Failed to create carrier. Please try again.

Carrier Configuration splits into Required Fields and Optional Fields. Helpers are catalog copy.
There is no client id, client secret, or customer number on this form. Those fields belong to Instabox (Legacy API).
After you connect
The connection appears on My Carriers with a Connected badge and Edit Carrier. Products are not on this form — Carrier products and services. Instabox products (names as on Product *):
Sender and destination countries in the catalog: Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland. Weight helper: 0.1 - 20 kg. Instabox has no Home return product on this integration.
Lockers (droppoint)
Locker delivery and Locker return are service-point products. On Create Shipment the card title is Drop Point and the required field is Service Point *. Error: This carrier product delivers to a service point — select a droppoint before sending. Pick a service point. Droppoint vs service point. Instabox does not appear in Pickups — Schedule a pickup. Tracking is push. Connecting Instabox is enough; there is no webhook URL on Edit your carrier — Carrier tracking webhooks. Instabox does not generate customs documents or commercial invoices in Zippendo. If you still have the old OAuth Instabox API, migrate to this card — Connect Instabox (Legacy API).Edit
On My Carriers, click Edit Carrier. Page title: Edit your carrier.- General — Carrier name (helper: Update the name of your carrier), plus Brand when brands exist.
- Carrier settings — API Key, Sandbox Mode.
Delete
On Edit your carrier, click Delete. Modal idglobal-delete-modal. Title Delete Carrier. Body: This will permanently delete carrier “{{name}}”. This action cannot be undone. Type the carrier name in uppercase to enable Delete. Toast: Carrier deleted successfully. Failure: Failed to delete carrier.
Booked shipments keep their labels and tracking.
