About DPD Latvia
DPD Latvia is DPD's parcel network in Latvia. From Latvia it delivers to business and home addresses in every EU country except Cyprus and Malta, and to DPD Pickup service points and parcel lockers in Latvia and 16 other EU countries. It also brings customer returns back to Latvia from Lithuania, Estonia, Germany and Poland as well as from within Latvia.

DPD Pickup points and lockers in 17 countries
DPD Pickup delivers one parcel to the service point or locker your customer chooses. Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby DPD Pickup points, and the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same selector to WooCommerce. The search uses DPD Latvia's own list of points near the receiver's postal code, so the order arrives with a point DPD can deliver to.
Returns from the Baltics, Germany and Poland
With DPD Return, a customer in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Germany or Poland drops the parcel at any DPD Pickup point, and DPD delivers it to your address in Latvia on your own agreement. The return needs no service point on the shipment.
Tracking and labels you can fetch again
Every shipment gets its DPD parcel number, and Zippendo fetches tracking updates from DPD about once an hour. If DPD accepts a parcel but its label does not arrive, Fetch label on the shipment gets the same label again without creating a second parcel.

How do I connect DPD Latvia to my webshop?
Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your DPD Latvia agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Every DPD Latvia shipment leaves from an address in Latvia. You need a DPD Latvia customer account with access to eServiss, where DPD Latvia's support team links your contract to your user, and an API token you create under Token list. Test mode needs a token from DPD's sandbox eServiss. Every shipment needs the receiver's email address and a phone number for both you and the receiver.
