About DPD Polska
DPD Polska is DPD's parcel network in Poland. It delivers to business and home addresses across Poland, runs the DPD Pickup network of parcel shops and lockers where customers collect their parcels, and takes parcels from Poland to the rest of Europe by road or by air. For a webshop with a warehouse or fulfilment partner in Poland, DPD Polska covers both domestic orders and orders to other European countries.
Why ship with DPD Polska through Zippendo?
Zippendo is a shipping platform for webshops. You connect your own DPD Polska agreement once, and from then on your orders become DPD shipments without anyone typing addresses into a carrier portal. You keep your DPD prices, and DPD Polska keeps invoicing you directly.
Let customers pick a DPD Pickup point at checkout
DPD Pickup delivers to the parcel shop or locker your customer chooses in Poland. Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby DPD Pickup points, and the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same pickup point selector to WooCommerce. The order arrives with the point the customer chose, and Zippendo books DPD Pickup to it. Point search uses the DPD Pickup API key DPD issues with your account.
Labels and courier collection without the portal
With shipping rules you decide once which DPD product an order should use, for example DPD Pickup for small parcels, DPD Classic for home and business delivery and DPD Classic International for orders to other European countries. When an order matches, Zippendo books it with DPD and sends the label to your warehouse printer. When the parcels are packed, you can book a DPD courier collection from your address in Poland directly from Zippendo.
Cash on delivery and delivery options
DPD Polska supports cash on delivery, declared value, Saturday delivery, delivery before 09:30 or 12:00, next-day and same-day delivery and a B2C delivery window, so you can offer the delivery your Polish customers ask for. Some services must first be enabled on your DPD account.
Returns and tracking
With DPD Return, a customer in Poland sends a parcel back to you on your own DPD agreement. Every shipment gets its DPD tracking number, and Zippendo keeps the status up to date as the parcel moves.

How do I connect DPD Polska to my webshop?
Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your DPD Polska agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Your shipping rules then decide which orders go with DPD Polska, alongside carriers like GLS, UPS and DHL Express on the same platform. See all integrations for the full list.
Every DPD Polska product ships from an address in Poland. You need a DPD Polska agreement with DPDServices web-service access: a login, a password and your payer number (FID). For DPD Pickup point search you also need a DPD Pickup API key. The DPD Polska setup guide in our docs walks through every field.
