Zippendo

Our story

Freight on one side, the warehouse on the other. Software in between.

Zippendo is a small team from Aarhus. Matteus comes from three years in freight and shipping, Jonas from a webshop and a warehouse floor, and we have been building software together ever since.

Work with us

How it started

We had seen shipping go wrong from both ends before we wrote a line of Zippendo.

Matteus spent three years in freight and shipping, sitting between carriers and the shops that depended on them. Jonas had been part of a webshop and worked in a warehouse, where every label was made by hand and every tracking question arrived as an email. When we started building software together, the same problem kept coming up from both sides - so we built one place for orders, labels and tracking, with the carrier knowledge built in. That became Zippendo.

Words from our founder

When we set out to create an easy-to-use shipping platform, we aimed to make logistics more approachable. Today, that same vision guides every innovation - improving how businesses ship, manage, and deliver everything.

How we work

Small team, short distance between a customer and the people who built it.

The habits that come from having stood on both sides of a shipment.

  • We build for the person who has to get today's orders out the door.

If it does not save them time on a busy afternoon, it does not ship.

  • Founders answer support

The people who wrote the code read the tickets. Fixes ship in days, not quarters.

  • We visit the warehouse

We have worked in one. New features are watched in use at a customer's packing table before they are called done.

  • Nordic and proud of it

Built in Aarhus, in Danish and English, by people who know the Nordic carriers from the inside.

  • Say it plainly

No sales scripts, no dark patterns, no hidden fees. Pricing and roadmap are public.

  • Stay small on purpose

A handful of people who care beats a department. We hire slowly and keep everyone close to customers.
