FAQ
Questions about switching to Zippendo
Usually the bill. Most shipping platforms charge a subscription and then a fee on every label, or a fee for every carrier account you switch on, so the invoice moves with the season. Our plans include the shipments, and connecting a carrier costs nothing.
No, the opposite. Zippendo runs on your own agreements with PostNord, GLS, DAO, Bring, DHL and the rest. You keep your rates and you keep settling the freight bill with the carrier. We do not resell freight and we take no cut of it.
It depends on how much logic is in your current setup. If you are coming from Webshipper, we import your carriers, order channels, shipping rules, addresses, webhooks and team straight from your Webshipper account. From anywhere else it is a conversation and usually an afternoon of rebuilding rules, which we will do with you.
Yes, and most people should. The same carrier agreement can be connected in two systems, so you can move one shop or one country over, watch it for a couple of weeks, and move the rest once you trust it.
We have tried to make them checkable rather than flattering. Every number about another product comes from that company's own published pages, the sources are linked under each table with the date we last checked them, and every page has a section showing where Zippendo is the better fit. If you find something wrong, tell us and we will correct it.
