What exactly comes across in the import?

Carrier accounts, order channels, sender addresses, webhooks and your team, plus your shipping rates and mappings translated into Zippendo shipping rules. You see the whole plan before anything is created, and anything we are not confident about is flagged for you to confirm rather than guessed at.

Do I keep my carrier agreements?

Yes. You connect your own PostNord, GLS, DAO, Bring or DHL accounts with your own credentials and keep settling freight directly with the carrier. We do not resell freight.

Can I run both at once while we move?

Yes. The same carrier agreement can be connected in both systems, so most teams move one shop or one country first, run it in parallel for a couple of weeks, then move the rest.

What does it cost to move?

Nothing beyond the plan. There is no onboarding fee, no setup fee per carrier, and no charge for the import.

Reason 1

The volume you actually ship, at a plan price that matches it

Zippendo Standard is €80 a month with 2,500 shipments in it. Growth is €160 with 7,500. Pro is €240 with 15,000. Above the included volume it is a few cents a shipment, and nothing else moves.

Webshipper's published plans are €149 a month for 500 shipments, €344 for 2,000 and €766 for 5,000. A shop sending two thousand parcels a month is on their €344 plan and our €80 one.

Reason 2

Automation is not a tier you have to buy

Every paid Zippendo plan can automate: pick the carrier from the order, split a shipment, print on receipt, fire a webhook, message a channel. You build it in the automation editor with triggers, conditions and actions, and you are not counting how many you have left.

Webshipper meters automations as workflows per plan: their Essentials plan lists zero, Pro five and Advanced ten. Automating the second and third thing means moving up a plan.

Reason 3

We import your Webshipper setup instead of asking you to retype it

Give us a read-only API token from your Webshipper account and we pull the setup across: carrier accounts, order channels, sender addresses, webhooks, your team, and the shipping rates and mappings — which we translate into Zippendo shipping rules for you, with the awkward ones flagged for a human to confirm rather than silently guessed.

This is the one row where there is nothing to compare. It is our importer, built against their API, because rebuilding two hundred shipping rules by hand is the real reason people stay where they are.

Reason 4

An API in the language you already write

Free client libraries for TypeScript, Python, PHP, Go and Ruby, generated from the same public OpenAPI spec so they cannot drift from the API. Plus an MCP server, so an AI agent can book a shipment or chase a tracking number without anyone writing glue code.

Where Webshipper is the better fit

Webshipper has been doing this longer than we have, and it shows in the places that take years: deep ERP work, multi-entity setups, and customers whose shipping has been wired into Dynamics or a WMS for a decade. If your shipping rules live half inside an ERP consultant's head and half inside a Webshipper account that has been running since 2018, moving is a project, and it may not be a project worth doing this year. They are also part of a larger group with an enterprise sales and onboarding motion behind them. If what you need is a named programme manager, a signed SLA and a procurement process that looks familiar to your finance team, that is a real thing to want, and they are set up for it in a way we are not yet.
