About DPD Belgium
DPD Belgium is DPD's parcel network in Belgium, and it also carries parcels for senders in Luxembourg. It delivers to business and home addresses in Belgium, Luxembourg and the rest of the EU, runs DPD Pickup service points in both countries, and offers timed express delivery within Belgium. For a webshop that ships from Belgium or Luxembourg, one DPD Belgium agreement covers local orders, orders to other EU countries and returns.
Why ship with DPD Belgium through Zippendo?
Zippendo is a shipping platform for webshops. You connect your own DPD Belgium login once, and from then on your orders become DPD shipments without anyone typing addresses into a carrier portal. You keep your DPD prices, DPD Belgium keeps invoicing you directly, and senders in Luxembourg use the same connection.
DPD Pickup service points in Belgium and Luxembourg
DPD Pickup delivers to the service point your customer chooses in Belgium or Luxembourg, and DPD tells the receiver by SMS or email when the parcel is ready. Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby DPD Pickup service points, and the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same selector to WooCommerce. The order arrives with the point the customer chose, and Zippendo books the parcel to it.
Business, home and express delivery
With shipping rules you decide once which DPD product an order should use: DPD Classic for business addresses, DPD Home for consumers with DPD's delivery notice, and DPD Express 10:00, 12:00 or 18:00 when a parcel within Belgium has to arrive by a set time. On DPD Classic you can add DPD Predict notification so the receiver hears about the delivery too. Zippendo books the shipment and sends the A6 label to your warehouse printer.
Returns from three countries
With DPD Return, a customer in Belgium, Luxembourg or the Netherlands sends a parcel back to your address on your own DPD agreement. The return label comes with a receipt page your customer keeps when they hand the parcel to DPD.

How do I connect DPD Belgium to my webshop?
Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your DPD Belgium agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Your shipping rules then decide which orders go with DPD Belgium, alongside carriers like PostNL, GLS and UPS on the same platform. See all integrations for the full list.
Every DPD Belgium shipment leaves from an address in Belgium or Luxembourg. You need a DPD Belgium customer account with a login (delisId) and a password for DPD's web services, which DPD Belgium's Customer IT team issues. Ask for a login that only Zippendo uses, because DPD Belgium does not let two systems share one login at the same time. Test mode needs separate test credentials from DPD Belgium. The DPD Belgium setup guide in our docs walks through every field.
