About DPD Lithuania
DPD Lithuania is DPD's parcel network in Lithuania, with door-to-door delivery to businesses and consumers and a network of DPD Pickup service points and parcel lockers across the country. In Zippendo, DPD Lithuania currently covers shipments within Lithuania: to the door, to a Pickup point or locker, and customer returns back to you.
Why ship with DPD Lithuania through Zippendo?

Pickup points and lockers across Lithuania
DPD Pickup delivers one parcel to the service point or locker your customer chooses in Lithuania. Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby DPD Pickup points, and the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same selector to WooCommerce. The search uses DPD Lithuania's own list of points near the receiver's postal code.
A phone number is enough
DPD Lithuania needs a phone number for you and for the receiver on every shipment, and treats the receiver's email address as optional. DPD recommends adding it because it can improve delivery, so pass it on from your orders when you have it.
Returns, tracking and label reprints
With DPD Return, your customer drops the parcel at any DPD Pickup point in Lithuania and DPD delivers it back to your address, with no service point needed on the shipment. Zippendo fetches tracking updates from DPD about once an hour, and if a label does not arrive, Fetch label gets the same label again without creating a second parcel.
