About Budbee
Budbee is a delivery brand in the Instabee group. It delivers parcels to parcel lockers and to customers' homes in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Belgium, and it collects returns the same two ways: at a locker or from the customer's door. Webshops book Budbee through Instabee's Integration API, which is what Zippendo connects to.
Why ship with Budbee through Zippendo?
Zippendo is a shipping platform for webshops. You add your Budbee API key once, and from then on your orders become Budbee shipments without anyone copying addresses into a carrier portal. You keep your Budbee prices, and Budbee keeps invoicing you directly.
Let customers pick their Budbee locker at checkout
Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby Budbee lockers. On WooCommerce, the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same pickup point selector to both the classic and the block-based checkout. The order arrives with the locker the customer chose, and Zippendo books Budbee locker delivery to that exact locker.
Home delivery without the guesswork
For home delivery, Zippendo checks with Budbee that the customer's postal code is covered before it books the parcel, and Budbee schedules the delivery itself. If a postal code isn't covered, you find out when you book and can choose another product or carrier.
Labels that book and print themselves
With shipping rules you decide once which Budbee product an order should use, for example locker delivery for most orders and home delivery when the customer picks it at checkout. When an order matches, Zippendo books it with Budbee and sends the label straight to your warehouse printer, ready the moment someone packs the box.
Returns at a locker or from the door
Budbee gives your customers two ways to send something back. With a locker return they drop the parcel at a Budbee locker, and with the labelless option they don't need to print anything. With a home return, Budbee collects the parcel from the customer's address.
Tracking pushed from Budbee
Every shipment gets its Budbee parcel ID as the tracking number. Budbee sends tracking events to Zippendo as the parcel moves, so the status updates without anyone checking it by hand.

- Locker delivery: delivery to the Budbee parcel locker your customer selected
- Home delivery: delivery to the customer's home address, scheduled by Budbee
- Locker return: your customer returns the parcel by dropping it at a Budbee locker
- Home return: Budbee collects the return from your customer's home address
- Labelless: optional service on locker returns, so the customer doesn't print a label
All four products cover Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, the Netherlands and Belgium, for parcels from 0.1 to 20 kg.
How do I connect Budbee to my webshop?
Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your Budbee agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Once both are connected, your shipping rules decide which orders go with Budbee, and you can ship with Budbee alongside carriers like Instabox, PostNord and GLS from the same platform.
