About PostNord
PostNord is the postal and logistics company of Denmark and Sweden, and it also delivers parcels in Norway and Finland. Webshops use PostNord to send parcels to service points, to customers' homes and to businesses, and to send them on to the rest of Europe.
Why ship with PostNord through Zippendo?
Zippendo is a shipping platform for webshops and a PostNord partner. You don't need a PostNord API key: you enter your PostNord customer number and the country your agreement is with, and your orders become PostNord shipments without anyone copying addresses into a PostNord portal. You keep your PostNord prices, and PostNord keeps invoicing you directly.
Let customers pick their PostNord service point at checkout
Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby PostNord service points. On WooCommerce, the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same pickup point selector to both the classic and the block-based checkout. The order arrives with the service point the customer chose, and Zippendo books MyPack Collect to that exact point.
Labels that book and print themselves
With shipping rules you decide once which PostNord product an order should use, for example MyPack Collect for most consumer orders, MyPack Home when the customer pays for delivery to the door and PostNord Parcel as your standard parcel. When an order matches, Zippendo books it with PostNord and sends the label straight to your warehouse printer. For shipments that need them, Zippendo also generates customs documents and a commercial invoice.
Returns with a QR code or no label at all
With PostNord Return your customer drops the parcel at a service point. You choose whether they get a QR code by email or text message and have the label printed at the service point, or write a code on the parcel instead of using a label. With a Danish or Swedish agreement, Return Pickup lets PostNord collect the return from the customer's address.
Tracking on every PostNord parcel
Every shipment gets its PostNord tracking number, and Zippendo checks the status on a schedule as the parcel moves, so you and your customer can follow it without logging in to PostNord.

How do I connect PostNord to my webshop?
Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your PostNord agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Once both are connected, your shipping rules decide which orders go with PostNord, and you can ship with PostNord alongside carriers like GLS, DAO and Bring from the same platform. See all integrations for the full list.
You need a PostNord agreement in Denmark, Sweden, Norway or Finland and the customer number (kundenummer) that comes with it. If your returns run on a different customer number, you can add that too. The PostNord setup guide in our docs walks through every field and how to test before you go live.
