Do I need my own Helthjem agreement?

Yes. Zippendo uses your own Helthjem agreement and your own prices. We don't resell freight, so the shipping invoice keeps coming from Helthjem.

Which countries can I ship to with Helthjem?

Norway. The sender and the receiver must both be in Norway, so no shipment needs customs documents.

Can my customers choose a service point or parcel locker at checkout?

Yes. When a shipping rule uses Helthjem Service Point, Helthjem Service Point (PostNord fallback) or Helthjem Parcel Locker, Shopify live checkout rates and the Zippendo WooCommerce plugin show nearby points, and the order arrives with the one the customer chose.

What happens when Helthjem does not deliver to an address at home?

Products with a fallback deliver to a parcel locker or a service point near the receiver instead. Helthjem Home and Helthjem Express (home fallback) have no service point fallback, so Helthjem refuses such an address and the shipment shows the reason.

How do returns work with Helthjem?

Helthjem can pick a return up at your customer's home, or your customer hands it in at a service point, with a label or with a label-free code. You create the return in Zippendo and choose the product that suits you.

When can I start shipping with Helthjem?

As soon as you have your API credentials. Create a Zippendo account, add your Helthjem agreement, and your shipping rules can book Helthjem shipments from the first order.

Helthjem is a Norwegian delivery company for online orders. It brings parcels to the receiver's door or mailbox where it covers the address, runs overnight express where available, and has its own service points and parcel lockers. Where home delivery does not reach an address, Helthjem can deliver to a parcel locker, a Helthjem service point or a PostNord service point instead.

Why ship with Helthjem through Zippendo?

Zippendo is a shipping platform for webshops. You connect your own Helthjem agreement once, and from then on your orders become Helthjem shipments without anyone typing addresses into a carrier portal. Home delivery with a fallback

Many Helthjem products name a fallback. Helthjem tries each way to deliver in order and uses the first one that can take the parcel at that address, so a home delivery order still arrives when the address is outside Helthjem's home delivery area. With shipping rules you decide once which product an order should use, from plain Helthjem Home to Helthjem Express with full fallback.

Let customers pick a service point or parcel locker at checkout

Helthjem Service Point, Helthjem Service Point (PostNord fallback) and Helthjem Parcel Locker deliver to the point your customer chooses. Your Shopify checkout can show live shipping rates from your own shipping rules, including nearby points, and the Zippendo checkout plugin adds the same selector to WooCommerce. PostNord service points are part of Helthjem's network, so you do not need a separate PostNord connection for them.

Returns picked up at the door or handed in without a label

Helthjem can pick a return up at your customer's home on a day you choose, or your customer hands it in at a service point. With a label-free return your customer writes a code on the parcel instead of printing a label, and Zippendo shows the code on the shipment so you can send it on.

Labels and tracking

Helthjem prints one label per parcel, as a PDF or as ZPL for a thermal printer, and each parcel has its own tracking number. Zippendo keeps the status up to date as the parcel moves, with nothing to set up.

How do I connect Helthjem to my webshop?

Connect your shop to Zippendo first, then add your Helthjem agreement. Zippendo has ready-made integrations for Shopify and WooCommerce, and any other system can send orders through the API. Your shipping rules then decide which orders go with Helthjem, alongside carriers like Bring, PostNord and Porterbuddy on the same platform. See all integrations for the full list.

Helthjem ships within Norway, so the sender and the receiver must both be in Norway. You need a Helthjem business customer account and the Client ID, Client secret and Shop ID that Helthjem's integration team issues for your webshop.
