Delivery options for Dutch and Belgian customers

Home delivery in the Netherlands and Belgium can carry evening or Saturday delivery, signature on delivery, an age check, no delivery to neighbors and multiple delivery attempts, each in the countries where DHL offers it. Mailbox parcels up to 2 kg fit through the letterbox, and outbound parcels other than mailbox parcels can carry all-risks insurance.

Business parcels, customs and pickups

Europlus carries several parcels or pallets in one shipment to businesses in the Benelux and across Europe, with delivery before 11:00 or to a construction site on domestic Europlus shipments. On Europlus International shipments that leave the EU, Zippendo sends the customs declaration from the order lines and DHL makes the customs documents. DHL Parcel Return brings a parcel back from your customer, who hands it in at a DHL ServicePoint.
