With Asiakaspalautus your customer drops the parcel off at any Matkahuolto point, with a printed label or a label-free activation code. Ulkomaan asiakaspalautus handles returns to Finland from abroad.

Can Zippendo print Matkahuolto labels automatically?

Labels that book and print themselves

With shipping rules you decide once which Matkahuolto product an order should use, for example Lähellä-paketti for most parcels, XXS-luukkujakelu for small items that fit through the mail slot and Kotijakelu for bulky ones. When an order matches, Zippendo books it with Matkahuolto and sends the label to your warehouse printer. On some products you can also ask Matkahuolto to pick the shipment up from your address.

Returns with or without a printed label

With Asiakaspalautus, your customer in Finland drops the return off at any Matkahuolto point. Zippendo can create a printed return label, or a label-free return where the customer gets an activation code instead. Ulkomaan asiakaspalautus brings returns back to Finland from customers abroad.

Every shipment gets its Matkahuolto tracking number, and Zippendo keeps the status up to date as the parcel moves, so you and your customer can follow it without logging in to Matkahuolto.
